LOW FOAM ALKALINE CLEANER

SCS 2000 is a powerful corrosion inhibited alkaline cleaner for chemically removing all types of soils from food processing equipment. Provides outstanding cleaning action with excellent streak free rinsing to leave a bright clean surface with no chemical residue. SCS 2000 is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-caustic, and completely safe on all plastic, galvanized steel, and aluminum surfaces. Special additives fight hard water ions and promote rapid cleaning in both hard and soft water. Meter in with chemical proportioners to control usage. Normal cleaning dilutions are from ¼ to ½ oz. per gallon of water.

May be used as a general cleaning agent on all surfaces in official establishments operating under the federal meat, poultry, shell egg grading, and egg products
inspection programs.

Use in cake pan and tray wash machines, meat lug washers

Use levels:
