FRYER CLEANER is a low to no-foam maximum strength super concentrate especially developed to clean fryers in bakeries, snack food plants, meat and poultry plants. FRYER CLEANER is designed for top performance in circulation, boilout, and soak applications. Removes carbonized grease residue, smoke deposits, burned on food soils, fats, oils and greases from food processing equipment. Formulated for stability at elevated temperatures, FRYER CLEANER will not lose its effectiveness at the boil.
FRYER CLEANER penetrates rapidly and works fast to soften and suspend soil so that it can be easily rinsed away. Use as a degreaser or carbon remover for food cooking or smoking equipment, utensils, or other associated surfaces in official establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry, shell egg grading, and egg products inspection programs. Low foam makes rinsing very easy and complete resulting in a nice sheeting action when rinsed and with shorter drying times.
